About me

With a background in engineering, I spent 25 years of my career in the metallurgical and automotive industries. I am French, father of three children and have lived in Stuttgart, Germany since 2012.

Throughout these years, I have experienced the human adventure that is life in a company, society, and family—an adventure as beautiful as it can be challenging.

I have also found that professional support has helped me, on several occasions, to step back, consider my situation from a different perspective, and take action.

After 25 years, I felt the need to use my listening and presence skills to help others, and I undertook coaching training in Strasbourg, France.

I didn't know it yet, but this training would be a real discovery and the beginning of a new path dedicated to the well-being of my contemporaries.
